Jobber (CRM)

Form submissions from our website are routed into Jobber, the field service management platform we use to manage client records, job scheduling, and quotes. When you submit a form, your name, contact information, and project details are stored in Jobber as a client record and service request. Jobber’s privacy policy is available at getjobber.com.

QuickBooks Online

If you become a paying customer, your name and contact information may be synced to QuickBooks Online for invoicing and accounting purposes. QuickBooks’ privacy policy is available at intuit.com.

Zapier

We use Zapier to automate the routing of form submissions from our website to Jobber. Zapier processes form data as part of this automation. Form data passes through Zapier’s systems briefly during this process. Zapier’s privacy policy is available at zapier.com.

Email

We send automated confirmation emails when you submit a form and may send follow-up emails from our business email address. We do not use mass marketing email platforms; all communications are sent directly from our team.

4. Data Retention

We retain customer records, including contact information and job history, for as long as the information is reasonably needed for business, legal, or warranty purposes. Inactive prospect records (inquiries that did not result in a job) are typically retained for 2 years.

Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months per our Analytics configuration.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: You may request that we correct inaccurate information.
  • Deletion: You may request that we delete your personal information. We will honor this request unless retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., an open warranty claim).
